      R = rydberg’s constant = 3.29 x 10^15 Hz
      v=R(1/n^2 - 1/n^2)
      v=R(1/4^2 - 1/9^2)
      v=R(1/16 - 1/81)
      v = 1.6500×10^14 Hz
