I am flying into Harrisburg this Sunday and I need to rent a car from the airport to drive to a college but so far the big companies only rent a car to 21 year old minimum. I don’t know of any local car rentals. Please help!

      I hate to say this but I don’t think you will find any. Most car rental companies will not rent to anyone under 25 unless they are using a corporate card. Maybe you could consider using a cab to get to where you want to go. Sorry.
