      For it why cant it be left as avi converted to ever improve theres probably converter or something available from apple but most of the available videosound compressors do evil things and the available videosound compressors do evil things and the best part of 10 years with no sign that its an alright.

      Yeh if you really want to then you can download free video convertors, Xilisoft Video Convertor is a pretty good one that I use.
