Is it possible to access recorded telephone calls such as when you call Hertz?

Hi,
Hi,
I’m currently in a dispute with Hertz UK car rentals. Initial email contact has not resolved the matter. I know these companies record telephone calls from training and quality purposes (as it says when you first call them). Is it possible under some Act in the UK to submit a request for a recording of this telephone call to prove my case?
Thanks.
Leslie
