Is it possible to buy a widescreen monitor that can do 75 hertz at 1680×1050 resolution. Anything less hurts?

I just brought a monitor yesterday, and at the recommended resolution 1680×1050, it only pumps out 60Hertz. I have found this gives me eye strain and makes me feel sick. Is it possible to get monitors that do 75Hrtz at this resolution
