Is it possible to RENT a pickup truck that has a hitch, for example, from Hertz or Enterprise?

I need to haul a trailer and recently was rear-ended and my previous truck was totalled, therefore i need to get my hands on a rental car and was hoping to find a truck with a hitch so I could tow.

    For recreational use.
The rental company provides the right hitch or if they rent out vehicles most rental companies dont allow towing since they rent out vehicles most rental companies dont.
