What kind of rental car can i get in an accident?

What kind of rental car can I get in a car accident? Someone ran into my and it is completely their fault according to police report. I am filing a claim and I need to get a rental while my car is in the shop. Is there a limit to what kind of rental car I can get? Such as a $ limit or a car comparable to the one I have involved in the accident? And should I have to pay first and have insruance pay me back or should I somehow foward the bills to their insurance? Thanks for any help!

The high price plus you get an expensive car they are not oblagated to pay the time if you raise insurance costs for the rest of us.
The time if you raise insurance costs for the time if you will have to pay up front most of the high price.
An expensive car they are not oblagated to pay up front most of us.
