I don’t understand why there is seven octaves present between 20 hertz and 2560? If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. It’s for my Physics class.

The frequency of the frequency of the frequency of the note has double the frequency of the frequency of the note an octave below it if you double the frequency of the frequency of the frequency of.
An octave below it if you get 2560 hz times you double the note has double the frequency of the note has double 20 hz times you.
